Tell your loved ones you love them “berry” much with this Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Board! This sweet and savory cheese board, adorned with juicy fresh berries, is a great way to celebrate the holiday of love.

Units Scale
  • 1/4 cup1/2 cup cream cheese fruit dip, homemade or store-bought
  • 4 oz White Cheddar cheese (semi-hard cheese)
  • 8 oz Blueberry and Vanilla Goat Cheese
  • 4 oz Prosciutto
  • A handful of thin lemon cookies
  • 68 large strawberries
  • 1 pint Blueberries
  • 6 oz Raspberries
  • 6 oz Blackberries
  • A few Mint leaves for garnish

1. Prepare the Produce: Wash and dry the berries. Slice the strawberries in half and place them in a small bowl. Set aside. Place the blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries in a separate bowl and gently stir to combine. Pluck a few mint leaves and set all ingredients aside within reach.

2. Set the bowl and cheeses: Transfer the fruit dip to a small bowl or ramekin and set it on the board. Slice the block of white cheddar in half and then into slices. Arrange the slices of cheese in a lazy river pattern along the bottom third of the board. Place the blueberry goat cheese at the top left corner. Optionally, crumble a few chunks off the goat cheese log’s ends for a more casual look.

3. Add the Meat: Fold the prosciutto slices. Carefully separate a slice of prosciutto from its paper. Fold it in half lengthwise with the fatty white part facing up. Fold the prosciutto onto itself to resemble a ribbon. Repeat for all slices and arrange them into a semi-circular shape on the bottom right corner of the board.

4. Add the Crunch: Stack the cookies along each side of the board allowing them to overlap like fallen dominoes.

5. Add the Berries: Place a few whole strawberries around the cream cheese fruit dip bowl. Add the halved strawberries to the top of the board. Fill the middle and empty spaces around the prosciutto with the berry mixture.

6. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle mint leaves over the board for a finishing touch. Serve immediately and enjoy!
